You'll Need an ID

Recently Solitude implemented a mandatory ID check/scan at all the bars/restaurants in the Village. The bars scan your ID and the restaurants ask to see your ID. In general, it is best to carry a valid ID with you at all times. Even if you don't plan to drink you cannot get into the Squirrel or any other bar without an ID. New Hot Tub Hours

At the request of some of the owners, we have extended the hot tub hours. The hot tub will now be open from 8:00am untill 11:00pm.

PLOA Annual Owners Meeting

Saturday, August 4th

The annual owners meeting will be held on Saturday, August 4th at 10:00am at the Last Chance Grill. The meeting coincides with the Taste of Wasatch weekend.

~ General Reminders ~

Washer/ Dryer Etiquette: Please be prompt to remove your laundry from the washers and dryers so others may use the equipment. Additionally, be considerate of the condos near the laundry rooms and keep the noise down.

Hot Tub: No Glass. Please replace the hot tub cover if the hot tub is empty when you leave. This saves a great deal on energy costs and keeps the pool cleaner.

Renovating? Please contact the Property Manager, Adam Peters for guidelines.

Luggage Carts: Return to Parking Level as soon as you have unloaded.
