The Classified and Services section of the Powderhorn HOA website is intended for owners to buy and sell personal items. Services to owners may also be posted. All service postings are subject to Board approval.  The HOA and website are not intended to support the rental or sale of condominiums. Please do not place a condo unit for sale or rent on the classified section. Additionally, Powderhorn Lodge is not a condotel/ hotel-condo.  We do not have an on-site management company or reservations desk, nor do we provide food, telephone, or cleaning services.
