Renters & Guests

We hope you enjoy your stay with us. The Powderhorn Lodge is a resort condominium with a wide array of owners, renters and guests. Please take a few minutes to review your responsibilities as a renter or guest.

Basics

We are not a hotel. There is no front desk or 24/7 concierge service. Renters should contact the rental company or VRBO owner for questions about the unit.
House Rules (designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all who stay with us) are expected to be followed.
Renters who have guests during their stay have a responsibility to educate them regarding Basic House Rules.

Basic House Rules

1. Arrival

▪ Park in any available spot. Hang your parking permit tag on the rearview mirror facing out. Cars without permit tags are subject to notices, fines or towing.

▪ If the garage is full, temporarily park by the elevator or lobby doors, unload and then move your car to a public lot until space in the garage is available.

▪ Each unit is allowed one (1) parking space. Visitors and guests with permits are allowed to park if space permits. In the event of a full garage, units with multiple tags will be required to move all but one (1) car to a public lot.

2. Storage of skis, snowboards and bicycles

▪ Complimentary ski lockers and cages are available on the first-floor lobby and on the first-floor garage. If you do take your equipment to the unit, do not leave any gear in the hallway as it may be removed.

3. Trash & Recycling

▪ All trash and recycling must be taken to the Garbage & Recycling room on the first-floor of the garage. Exit lobby elevator to the right and enter the garage. The Garbage & Recycling room is directly across from the garage Lobby door.

▪ Recycling—Signage in the collection room will help you recycle properly.

4. Laundry

▪ Complimentary washers and dryers are located on the 2nd and 5th floors. Hours of use are 8am until 10pm. After 10pm door will automatically lock. Detailed instructions for use are in the laundry rooms.

▪ Laundry detergent is not provided.

5. Balconies—NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO GRILLIG or late night partying.

6. Hot Tub

▪ Hours are 8am—10pm. Complete hot tub rules are posted on the wall.

▪ Bringing your own towel.

▪ Glass containers are not allowed.

▪ PLEASE COVER THE HOT TUB IF NO ONE ELSE IS PRESENT.

7. Personal Conduct

▪ Respect each other’s right to enjoy their stay at Powderhorn Lodge.

▪ Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Nuisance behavior will be dealt with by the proper authorities.

▪ Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the building or on balconies.

▪ No animals except licensed service animals are allowed on the premises.

8. Responsible parties

▪ Renters, visitors and guests are required to follow the Basic House Rules.

▪ Owners and rental agents are required to provide Basic House Rules to all renters, visitors and guests.

9. Consequences

▪ Anyone not adhering to these Rules will be dealt with by the proper authorities including Unified Police, Property Management or Owners.
