The Powderhorn Lodge Owners Website is made up of various Web sites and Web pages operated by the Powderhorn Lodge Owners Association (PLOA) and administered by the Association’s Website Committee. The Association and the Committee reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Site/Service is offered and the right to review materials posted to the Owners Bulletin Board Service and to remove any materials, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Unless otherwise specified, the Association’s Website/Bulletin Board Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from the Site/Service.
The Powderhorn Lodge Owners Association Web Site may contain an Owners Blog service, as a chat area, news group, open forum, owner’s community, and/or other message or communication facility designed to enable you to communicate with others. You agree to use the Owners Bulletin Board Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and, you will not:
Use it in connection with surveys, contests, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.
Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose.
Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.

Violate any code of conduct or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of the PLOA and the PLOA is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. The links are provided to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the site or any association with its operators.
