Note - ACH payments for monthly dues will process on the 15th of each month as they have always done. If you want to make changes to how you pay your monthly dues you can do that through your Buildium account.

Note - Owners who prefer to pay dues by check do NOT have to change anything at this time. Checks should be payable to Powderhorn Lodge HOA and mailed to PO Box 712079, SLC. Utah. 

As we grow into Buildium it will house HOA information like Board Minutes, Legal Documents etc. Through your private Buildium account you will have access to this information. This will take a bit of time but we are working on it. Check back to Buildium to see the progress.
